I can't believe so many people don't know their rights here. Cops can't forcibly enter your home based merely on probable cause. A person's home is the most highly protected area under the fourth amendment.

Why do you think they took the passed out kids out on stretchers? They have to be able to say there was iminent danger. I would be very surprised if the cops didn't know what they were doing here. Also, just not answering the door to the cops, when you are known to be home, could be some kind of imminent danger or something.

(I disagree with the last point, just not opening the door will never work, especially if the cops have suspicion of underage drinking, then they just can't walk away, they would be courting liability)
