they both had 100++ stacks when the heads-up started. great game to watch with huge swings and huge leads for both of them. taktloss played much better imo, but he seemed pretty tired/tilted once he had lost the 2nd all-in with a huge chiplead going in as a huge favourite for the win. he was clearly capable of just grinding him down to like 10 bb numerous time only to get very unlucky when all the money went in.

i watched the battle and itīs really insane imo to leave at least 5 % to the winner even after the deal. i think they both were guaranteed only 20k more than 2nd place pay-out after the deal, still playing for 300 time their buy-in after 17 hours of play.

Thanks a lot everyone!

And yes, I got really really lucky both heads-up and earlier on the FT, when beating Fred's AJ vs. my 99 on a Jxx board.

Taktloss played a great heads-up, and when he started off with a small chiplead and a rush of cards (with me having none at all), he succeeded in putting a lot of pressure on me. That said, I will have no hesitation to play him heads-up in a cashgame - on a limit we can both agree on.
