I am not looking to value bet here but am looking to protect my hand. And there is no way your standard 25NL TAG will look this up enough with AK to be unprofitable if in fact he does have AK.

[/ QUOTE ] What I meant was, his 3-betting range probably is not wide enough to include AQ and below. Which means his range is pretty much AK & TT+. Which means if he's looking you up with AK some of the time, and with the rest of them all of the time, then you're losing a lot of money in the long run.
