problem is:

of approx 1600 full tilt hands at SAME LIMIT (5/10 hu) in past 3 days only 486 have imported. i have confirmed this by looking at certain opponents who are not in list. FWIW I run Vista, am on Hp Pavilion laptop and have PT updated/ no problems with filters. gogogogo

did you re-register your program? have the latest update? are running it as an administrator on the computer?

Re-request hands from GT and reimport.

are you looking at the tourney tab instead of cashament tab?

create a new database.

close the current one.

configure the db to access the appropriate hand history directory.

re-import.

questions:

are the missing hand histories part of one period in time, or do they appear to not be included at random?

did you change language settings? only english HH work at PT
