Default Changing Tables In Online Tournaments

This is a pretty general question, and i expect to be shot down in flames, i was just wondering what sort of strategy people apply when changing tables in online tournaments? Obviously a lot depends on the size of your stack, but changing tables i find can be tricky at times.

I usually get really frustrated and annoyed. Especially when I just left a table with a big donkey waiting to get stacked or a table with a bunch of stealing targets to my left.

Mostly just play your regular game until you get some reads. It sucks but there is nothing you can do about it.

I got moved 4 times in the first 10 minutes of the 3r I played yesterday on Stars.

If it doesn't accelerate my blinds I try not to let it bother me too much.

Where it really gets annoying is when you're using a tracker that devours resources and stalls when it has to reset. Occasionally causes me to timeout if I'm running too many apps or multi-tabling.
