So if i won $6k off this bot am I just supposed to ship it over to you?

[/ QUOTE ]

Nope, in this situation a legit player should never be at fault. A bot is wagering and putting his own money at risk. If you won by playing a bot, enjoy it. You could not know it was a bot and did your best.

[/ QUOTE ]

So, as long as you beat a bot its ok, but when you get crushed you should whine and demand a refund. Too funny.

What should Full Tilt Poker do with $70,000 confiscated from "BeatMe1", besides spending it on improving customer service?

Default WHAT IF YOU ARE A BOT AND LOST MONEY?

Shouldn't Fulltilt reimburse you for your losses since you were defrauded by free thinking humans?

Give the guy a break folks. Mr Bond is saying that if FT says:

All funds remaining in your Full Tilt Poker accounts have been seized in order to compensate the victims of your bot use..

...he thinks he's due a piece of it, and I would agree.

Lets imagine you come to the casino and there is a card cheat playing the game. You win $10,000 from him, then next day lose $5,000.

On the same day, casino outs the card cheat and he is arrested, chips are confiscated. Am I due something? Damn right.

I cannot believe you guys are taking the side of FTP. hard headed mofos.

Obviouly there is a overwhelming chance that whatever was confiscated won't cover all the players who lost money to the bot. In this more-than-likely scenario FTP can not give everyone a full refund. But isn't the solution obvious? Prorated disbursement of the confiscated monies based on how much each person lost.

So if ALLEN lost $5k, and there are 200 players who lost a total of $150k to this bot (life-time winners need not apply), then ALLEN should get 5/150 or 3.3% of the confiscated funds.

I don't see how the manpower involved to do this is over FTP's head. They conduct multi-month investigations all the time, and given the HHs this would take me about 20 minutes in excel.

I am fine of being reimbursed a portion of the forfeited funds. I just DO NOT BELIEVE it will happen period.

And I am still laughing at the fact that most of you are trying to turn it on me, like I am at fault another player was violating the rules of the game.

How would you feel if you were cheated at the live game and when the culprit was caught, you would not get a dime of confiscated money.

I dont feel like anyone is turning on you I think a lot of us are unsure what is going to happen and to have you bashing FT already seems unnecessary. I understand you are upset but you are going to have to wait and see what happens.
