Default Cardrunners and the DRM

hi,

I checked their FAQ but I am not sure to fully understand it.
My question is once you suscribed to cardrunners and downloaded the video, are you able to watch them on your PC even after you did cancel your subscription ? their FAQ talks about a Free DRM you hae to get every 14 days and it seems you need to be a memeber to get this free DRM

Any input will be very appreciated.

regards,

yeah but to access the forum you need to be a memeber and I am not yet.

if you can watch them only when you still are a member there is no way I subscribe. Once I payed for a video I expect to be able to see it whenever I want (even after I canceled my subscription).

I will try the email. thx

You subscription buys you access to the vids at any time, not access to all the vids you can scramble to download in your first and only months subscription.

As i understand it (im a new member) you can download them all, but every 14 days you need to log into your account to be able to continue using them.

So if you are only interested in the video you need to keep paying every month to be able to watch them. Nice !
I guess I will skip this site.

I signed up for 6 months because I didn't want to use a CC.

I watched some of the higher stakes vids for about a month, but honestly haven't watched anything since then.

I will probably watch any new vids in a few months before my membership expires, then buy another membership in a year or so and repeat.

It's not a knock on CardRunners, it's just the way I go through cycles of information in regards to poker.

DRM means that when you attempt to play one of the CR's videos you have downloaded, a small window will come up (a web browser) that connects you to the CR's website for login. Once you login and verify that you have an active membership you can watch the video for 14 days. After 14 days you will get the same login window.

As someone else mentioned, if they didn't do this you could sign up for one month, download every video they have and be done with it. Actually, you probably wouldn't even have to because all of the videos would be on P2P and such.
