[PT] Flop, Turn, Riv Agression

Can somebody please tell me how these values are calculated in Poker Tracker? It seems to usually be a numerical value between 0-3, but this tells me nothing. If this has already been gone over forgive me in advance. I have searched a few different forums and waded through the help material -- I can't find anything.
