Anyone else getting an error message when they try to log into Neteller?

Neteller support. We got there, but in a really roundabout way. Why didn't I think of trying to log on through the Japanese site? Duh. The stuff in bold is the real WTF? stuff.

Could I please get you to click on 'Tools', then 'Internet Options'. Oliver: Nope we did not change anything with our SSL certificates. If the web site was down, we would be down as well. I wouldn't be able to pull up your account. Oliver: Have you tried adjusting those options I just mentioned? suzzer99: i did them on the other computer and it's restarting right now suzzer99: also im pretty sure you dont need to restart the computer for those changes to take effect, just close an reopen the browser at the most suzzer99: but i could be wrong Oliver: Let me know if it works. suzzer99: no same error suzzer99: this really seems like something happeneing on the server side suzzer99: i dont think it's a browser issue suzzer99: i can try netscape if you want Oliver: Ok go back to the www.neteller.com homepage and at the top right corner you will see we offer the site in different languages. If you select "Japan" and try logging in from there. Let me know if it works.
