I was just reading a bit of the first Official Neteller Thread and came across this pole.

On average, we weren't that far out.

this has caused you.

How did you request an eft withdrawal? I only have two tabs, one to view transactions and one to withdraw. The withdraw tab only brings up a check request withdrawal page. I tried calling their phone number but received a message they are not currently taking phone calls.

Thank you,

Jim Kuhn

My bank account shows a pending transfer from Neteller as this a.m. Hopefully, it will be confirmed soon.

How have you handled transactions with them in the past? Mine were always EFT, and when I made my withdrawal, EFT was the only option. If you have not used EFT in the past, I doubt you will be able to now.

Has anyone done an EFT back to Regions after their merger with Amsouth?

I did my transfer on the 31st and it is still pending and I suspect the reason might be that the bank information changed. On the 15th of July I had to completely reset my Quicken information for performing online banking with Regions due the merger (which was a giant clusterfsck for all concerned) and I wonder if this affected the EFT information Neteller has on Regions?
