I used my visa card a few weeks ago on UB. I haven't used epassport in a few years, but when I did they charged a fee for loading funds from your credit card into your epass account. My point is it would cost less to just use your visa card to deposit then to use epass and pay a fee. (I am assuming there still is a fee)
