Read lots of threads from the uNL Essential Section and SSNL Master Sticky, that will help your game a lot.

As for the hand, fold QTs in early position PF (especially when you are not confident with your OOP post-flop game) and fold to the 3bet. As played I would probably fold the flop and you will rarely be able to get to SD here.
