Default US dollar is killing me. How to fight back

Like many Canadians the US dollar is killing. Besides having a fair amount of US cash and investemnts my $ per hour playing poker is also getting slapped. Not to mention my day job is getting crushed by cheap US imports.
What is the best investment in the US to take advantage of this. I guess any manufacture that relies on exports but I have to think that there is very few examples of this. I know I am missing the boat somewhere.

If you go short on the dollar, in a way it'd be like hedging.

The best investments to counter the falling dollar are outside the US. You get the growth potential of the company + the gains in the exchange rate of the currency.

Us Stocks Look for for some shares that are low and have decent balance sheet. I love Duke Energy and Pfizer. When the dollar rebounds you will see the stock gain as well as the dollar swing. I sold both of these 6 months ago as I saw our dollar hitting new highs. Never thought it would get this high. Couple big hurricanes and it will rise even further as does Oil. On the plus side I bought a new car in Vegas and saved $10,000 Some are saving up to $30,000 on luxury vehicles

You guys are way overthinking this. All he has to do is go short and he's hedged against any movements.

I'm a Canadian, and i have a large portion of Poker money in U.S... Should I take money out cause the dollar is just going to get worse? Or do you think i should wait it out and it'll get better?
