Default 2/5, 200bb stacks, flopped set. best line to get AI?

2/5 NL at the Bellagio. I am in the BB, villain is UTG. I have just shy of $1k, villain has me covered (barely). Villain is fairly new to the table (<1 hr), has played very few hands. Bought in for $500, doubled through someone else with AA. I can't say for sure what Villain's image of me was, because I changed gears a few times around this part of the session as the table makeup changed.

Villain (UTG) makes it 20 to go.
I have 33. MP calls. I call.

Flop is J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

MP checks.

What's your line here?

I opted to lead for $50.

Villain made it $120 more.

What now?

If I make it 400, aren't I telling him he's about to play for his whole stack anyhow? If I push, it might look like I'm trying to run him off his hand with spades.

Yea I prefer a shove or a flat call personally. The only problem I have with a flat call is that there are some turn cards which might slow him down. I think your best play really depends on your table image and how he views you more importantly.
