The ad is kind of cheesy. But I guess it has a certain targeted audience of which we aren't a part of. So show it to someone 35+ who lives in New Hampshire and has never heard of Ron Paul before to get the effect. I think this is the first of five ads he's going to run. I don't know what's wrong with just him talking in front of the camera like Romney does in his ads, except Congressman Paul comes off as more real. Anyway, this ad does some good things like bringing up he's a Dr. and has credibility on the health care issue and mentioning that he's against the war in Iraq. Other than that it leaves a lot to be desired. The last two people are the worst and most scripted. "He's catching on, I'm tellin ya...."

This is like the largest focus group in the history of the world, and they really, REALLY hate this commercial. A little birdie told me that the campaign is responding before they put their foot in it too deeply.
