Best Female Vocals
You can choose from any female vocalist from any band at any time. Some of my favorites are Grace Slick from Jefferson Airplane, Kim Deal from the Pixies, and Helen Marnie from Ladytron. There were definitely a few others that I had discussed with some people that I thought were exeptionally good but I can't remember off the top of my head.

Alison Krauss [/ QUOTE ] To me, this is the answer. If you've ever seen her live, she's got a voice that will send chills down your spine. The only word I can think of to describe it is "pure". She's fantastic. Also very nice. I've bumped into her a couple of times at the gas station I always stop at, and every time she's smiled and said "Hello." in a very neighborly way. Sarah McLachlan would be a close second. |
