Raise to 80 - I think he's gonna fold a lot.

1) He's limped twice before and we've let him live both times so he has no reason to suspect we're raising light.

2) He's been raising a fair amount in adddition to limping so my guess that he doesn't have a typical raising hand. Most people don't limp big hands until after they've gotten raised at least once.

3) Lastly and most importantly: he doesn't look like a maniac and has shown the ability to lay down hands, so I don't think he calls with something like A2.

I suppose checking and betting the flop is ok as well (and less risky), but it seems more suspicious to me because we did that last time he limped so he might be more likely to play back with weaker hands.

It's kind of a long explanation, but since I'm the only one voting to raise I thought I'd go through my thought process and let you guys tear it apart.
