Terrible start to the season. Similar to last year's 3-9 start, but worse.

Deng going down really hurt, but they were playing bad before that. The offense is horribly stagnant, basically consisting of Gordon freelancing. Passing is minimal once the designated scorer gets the ball in his hands.

I think part of it is our continued unwillingness to deal with the lack of a post game, and the rest is that Skiles has got to have run his course. He's wearing on me with his attitude, I can only imagine how he's wearing on the players.

My prescription: Turn Skiles into Jeff Van Gundy (or Larry Brown), turn Gordon and Thomas and 1st rounder and PJ Brown (sign-n-trade) into Gasol after MEM rejects Nocioni/Thomas/1st.
