Default Full Tilt Poker sending out HHs with everyones hole cards

I just spoke with a friend and he knows 2 people who asked for hand history files from FTP this afternoon. When FTP sent the files, they included the hole cards of every player at the table, ala Absolute.

email support and ask to be upgraded to a 1.2.x-real-time account. This info doesn't do much good if you only get it after the hand is played DUCY?

This is really really bad. After the whole AP debacle, I have no clue how a site can let this happen.

I can't think of a site where I've not had all the hole cards shown at some point in a hand history. It's not exactly a major issue as long as it's a rare occurence or used to prove someone wasn't colluding.

Its a big issue in my mind that FTP doesn't have some automated script by now that when a hand history is created some support person just runs the program, enters the s/n of the person, how many hands they want, and boom it spits it out.

This isn't rocket science, there just should NEVER be a case of this happening, it boggles my mind.

but it would seem that everyone that requested hand histories during this time got to see everyone's hole cards. could possibly be a few hundred people.
