is there any way to convince you to 'lose' the manuscript?

I don't want to see my no-limit ponds become like the limit ponds. I'm selfish like that.

What % of online players will actually buy this book, and even more important, what % will actually read it?

Truth be told, after reading a draft for one of the big Core sections, my no-limit mentor refused to help other than spotting clear errors because he does not want some of the ideas published.
