Online shuffle more random
Why do poker sites always brag about their shuffle being more random than b&m. B&M is real poker! Am I right or am I right. They should try to make it just as random as a human deal because that is the way poker was meant to be played.
More random = rigged??? |

Re: Online shuffle more random
The algorithm that a human uses to shuffle cards is not commensurable with the strictly mathematical definition of shuffling.

Re: Online shuffle more random
How do you measure randomness?
With three riffles through the deck, how random is the shuffle on a mathematical basis? Also, how many riffles do you need to get a "random" shuffle? |
