I had the list in Excel. Line them up side by side. Here's the procedure:

ctrl-c (copy from in Excel cell)
alt-tab (to poll browser window)
tab (to next textbox)
ctrl-v (paste into textbox)
alt-tab (back to Excel)
cursor-down (down to next cell)

ctrl-c
alt-tab
tab
ctrl-v
alt-tab
cursor-down

Repeat 236 times. Good for hand-eye coordination, muscle memory practice.

Suzzer is averaging ~22 posts / day since registering. For perspective, it would take him about 2.4 years, at this rate, to get to 20,000. Definitely on the high end of the range, but I bet there are other posters with jobs that are close to his posting rate.

Though, yeah, it probably took a decent amount of time to pull this OP together...
