I'm running well..

2.2's 2for 2 and running well in a third now

1.1's 2 for 7, but was drunk for two, and I am chip leader in one now with 20 playing.

70FPP's 0 for 1 and soon to be 0 for 2

Loving these
Ken

[/ QUOTE ]

3 for 3 in the 2.2's but jinked myself in the 1.1 I was leading.

So I have 21K in one of the 4-seat 1.10s. I'm good to Fold into the seat right? 7 players left.

The theoretical # is 17k I believe for perma-you-can't-lose-this-seat.

Yeah, and justice loves to pay me back when I take two of these down back to back - seriously two conescutive ones after bad beat after bad beat, but none of them busto'd me and I got lucky on the FT at both.

I've got 2 via a 2.20 and a 70FPP.

LOL - I just won one as well.

Anybody have any idea why these play out to the end, rather than ending as soon as it gets down to 4 players, like every other sat does?

[/ QUOTE ]

I also won the only one I played in three or four days ago. I was a little confused why we kept playing after we got down to four but was told it was for TLB points.

[/ QUOTE ]

Nope - they don't award TLB points for sats, and I took one of these down this week, no TLBs...

No logical reason that I can think of...

[/ QUOTE ]

Veronica from stars support e-mailed me after my inquiry indicating that TLB points were the reason we played it out to conclusion. No biggie I just don't know why I would be provided with inaccurate info from support.

They don't play out to conclusion anymore.

Man if TLB points mattered...at all...I might actually care that I'm passing up standard MTT for these short, incredibly soft sats...

Well my fiance yelled at me to turn it off and go to bed (WTF right?) so I made a [censored] call with QQ and 21K of a short stack with 6K who had been pushing every hand in an effort to finish it up quicker. Of course his A4 flops A4x, turn A. I still managed to hang on and win a seat...but that was stupid.

Meh I thankfull watched the largest stack at the table call off half his stack (we were so even it was sick) with AA and busted an open jamming 66.

Some of the play = horrendous, but I think the shorthanded nature of the 1.10 bubble means that HUGE dominating stacks can and should afford themselves leeway to take a flip with strong hands sometimes; a 40k stack calling off 6k with AK doesn't hurt his equity at all and can save us 30 minutes of bubble BS :P.

In my experience there is always at least 2+ morans who lose patience and will screw up late. I see no reason to splash. Yesterday (in a 1.10) I came in 8/9 and basically folded in - stole the blinds and restole once and watched the others shoot themselves in the foot.

Yep; I came in 8/9 on one yesterday, standard raised with AK and called a huge resteal from a 14k stack with my 9k behind...he turns up AQ and I double and sit out two hands into the FT. Never played another hand and never dropped past 3rd.
