Are craigslist "escorts" legit?

I've been snooping around craigslist today thinking about getting some. Are these girls legit or will I get rolled? Specifically I'm in LA and was thinking of this one:

I have a buddy that bangs these girls regularly. They are legit, but most will try to get you for more money and they usually bring along their "driver" to make sure you don't try to keep their head in a freezer. He uses some hooker review message board to see whats up, I'm sure someone here knows what it is, but if not I'll ask him tomorrow.
