Live: I Alone
Spacehog: In the meantime (I don't care I love this song)
Better than Ezra: Desperately Wanting
tom cochrane: life is a highway
violent femmes: blister in the sun

Some of this isn't hard rock or anything, but pretty good nonetheless. 80s and 70s has a way better selection of rock though... imo anyways.

me and my girlfriend will sit around home just listening to old 90's rock drinking some beers if we have nothing else going on. she likes crap like dave matthews though, I can't get behind that much, although that song 'satellite' is pretty smooth.

Oasis - The whole Definately Maybe album.
Blur - Download Song 2 (Song 2 is the track name) and This is a Low in particular.

Maybe try a little Happy Mondays. Download Step on and Kinky Afro.

Stone Roses - Download I Am The Ressurection and I wanna be adored.
The Smiths - download How Soon Is Now

And if you want something a bit more current, check out the Arctic Monkeys album - Whatever People Say I Am, Thats What I'm Not.

Good Luck
