Default Online Poker Room Recommendation

Need a suggestion for an online site based on the following info:

I'm a California (USA) Resident. I play sit-and-go No Limit Hold Em' tournaments with around $5-$20 buy-in, and am looking for a virtual cardroom that has a reasonably popular environment for these. I would like to pay minimum on withdraw fee's. A client that is stable, smooth, and simple.

PokerStars seems to be my initial choice, but after examining their deposit / withdraw rules, i'm not sure how smoothly i will be able to get money in and out of my account, and if i'll have to pay fees. Fulltilt seems to come in a close second.

Previously i've used Paradise and Party, and was pleased with their services. Any opinions of current popular sites would be gearly apprecaited!

Full Tilt and Pokerstars are pretty much the two options for what you are asking for.

I'll most likely be going with PokerStars then, and from browsing the forums, i'm guessing that ePassporte is the ideal method for transfering funds based on my specifications?

From what I've read, ePass is a pain in the arse. I used moneygram for my last deposit and it went pretty smoothly.

To me the idea of sending cold hard cash and then having to wait a week for a check when I want to cashout is VERY unappealing.
