LINE-CHECKS ROUND 2
Hand 1
Prima Poker skin No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $0.50/$1 6 players Stack sizes: UTG: $95.15 UTG+1: $124.40 CO: $291.05 Hero: $99.85 SB: $29.90 BB: $124.34 Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] UTG folds, UTG+1 raises to $4, CO folds, Hero raises to $13.5, 2 folds, UTG+1 calls. Flop: 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($28.5, 2 players) UTG+1 checks, Hero checks. Turn: 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($28.5, 2 players) UTG+1 checks, Hero bets $19.5, UTG+1 raises all-in $110.9, Hero calls all-in $66.85. Uncalled bets: $24.55 returned to UTG+1. River: Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($201.2, 0 player + 2 all-in - Main pot: $201.2) Final pot: $201.2 Villain is 29/18/3, I have been 3-betting him moderately pre-flop without showing down (I have had the goods) but have maybe shown down marginal hands vs other players. Haven't been given reason to have a lot of respect for his play. Hand 2 Prima Poker skin No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $0.50/$1 6 players Stack sizes: UTG: $199.17 Hero: $92.50 CO: $101.05 Button: $62.13 SB: $101.45 BB: $99.00 Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG+1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] UTG folds, Hero raises to $3.5, 2 folds, SB calls, BB calls. Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($10.5, 3 players) SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $8.5, SB raises to $24, BB folds, Hero raises all-in $80.5, SB calls. Turn: 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($180, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: $171.5, Sidepot 1: $8.5) River: T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($180, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: $171.5, Sidepot 1: $8.5) Final pot: $180 Villain is 22/11/2.5 and strikes me as a kinda pretentious player who thinks he knows what he's doing and why but is actually pretty clueless. Hand 3 Prima Poker skin No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $0.50/$1 4 players Stack sizes: UTG: $174.75 Button: $98.00 Hero: $111.50 BB: $136.61 Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2 folds, Hero raises to $2.5, BB calls. Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($5.5, 2 players) Hero bets $5.5, BB calls. Turn: 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($16.5, 2 players) Hero checks, BB bets $15, Hero calls. River: A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($46.5, 2 players) Hero is all-in $88.5, BB folds. Uncalled bets: $88.5 returned to Hero. Final pot: $46.5 Villain is 23/11/2.5 and I was really having trouble thinking of the optimal River line, but comments on all streets appreciated. |

Re: LINE-CHECKS ROUND 2
Hand 1: Seems like the toughest, but I think you have to call after the flop checked through and he checked to you on the turn. Seems like he would lead the turn with almost all hands you are behind. Don't mind the flop check to much, but betting seems better for value/protection. Especially if you are c-betting missed hands in 3-bet pots
Hand 2: Good Hand 3: Bet like 2/3 pot on river so he can call with a lower heart. If he has the K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] or house its obviously going in, so why not give him a chance to call with a weak hand or bluff at it. Edit: Raise more preflop. I agree with Jojje about the turn too, although I much prefer a lead. |

Re: LINE-CHECKS ROUND 2
hand 1, i see no reason to check the flop unless you think his range mainly consists of underpairs. you'll get called by AJ and sometimes AK here if you bet flop.
rest seems fine |
