Due to the fact he's got a high af and your raising from the button, his reraising range is alot wider than the hands that beat you.

Thanks guys. I shoved, he thought about 20 sec and folds. Later he said that he had AQ.

I was 98% sure that shove is correct but asked anyway. Just in case.
