Default FTOPS #1 - When do I become a believer?

From lasts nights FTOPS. Table has been pretty tight passive including Hero (completely card dead to this point) and SB. Villian has been one of the few aggro players but not a maniac or lagtard.

When he limped button I assumed he didn't have a big hand since there was no reason to expect either SB or Hero to make a move. Also didn't think he had junk - expecting him to raise or fold that. I expected he had some connecting cards that wouldn't mind playing multi-way in position.

I'm not giving him credit for an A or a K here. I am sure he'll stab at this if checked to; I'm confident he'll fire a second shell; no clue if he could/would fire a 3rd shell. At what point in the hand should I cease in my disbelief and assume he has me beat? What's the best line for balancing value generation from his bluffs and finding myself alone in value town?

OT - where's the converter for FT? Anyway, here's raw history:

when you called the flop bet were you hoping to get a turn check and cheap showdown? most decent players with continue to pound in position until you show some strength...I think I lie your flop call but once he follos through you need to decide if you think you're good or not...most likely a fold since you have crap...2nd pair no kick...fold>push>call on turn

Full Tilt is [censored] as per converters.

You really aren't getting that much value from this hand against a very passive table where the button is taking this line. I say fold and find a better spot.
