PokerStars Avatars Not Showing Up

Guys,
I apologize if this is the wrong forum to post this in. I figured some of the tourny grinders might have the answer. I can't stand when people don't have avatars bc I think the seats are empty. Along those lines, I've had problems a few times where my avatar and a few of the other players' don't show up. I tried closing the table and reopening but no dice. Anyone know the way to fix it?
