I bet the river closer to the pot size, this is fine though, you get stacks from trips more often than seeing a random boat here.

Agreed, though slow-playing sets (even when it's horribly wrong) is very common at 10NL. Villain could also be sitting on AQ/AJ/A7 but these hands are all (most likely) betting/raising flop/turn.

There aren't too many set chances here though besides 77, which is why the only boat considerations I had included in his range. I wouldn't believe he has the boat at the moment....but I also know that the reason the hand is posted is probably due to the fact that he had the boat.
