I know there's a thread for these transfers already, but that doesn't quite suit my needs. I was wondering if there were any UCSD students that I could meet on campus and give cash to for a transfer on either stars or full tilt. Thanks in advance.

Well, the rake on stars is lower than on ftp. I can't get rakeback for FTP since I've had an active cash account there.
