Default 2/5 Borgata Open-ended Str8 FlushDraw On Paired Board

Hello - gonna get right to it, forgive the poor formatting.

UTG raises to 20
few folds
1 call from midish position
fold
I call from c/o with 45 spades
rest fold

Effective stacks:
UTG 550
OtherGuy 750
Me 700

flop comes out 223 with 2 and 3 of spades
UTG (pf raiser) bets 25, other guy raises to 75
My action..?

Reads thus far:

UTG plays any hand; showed down a 37offsuit that he played for a 4x raise as first to call the raise and does notlike to fold postflop often

Other guy has entered fewer pots than most at the table but has not been afraid to put in raises in order to buy the pot

UTG bet 25 on pretty much every flop he had raised preflop regardless of number of players and the other guy raised 3x for his raises

What is your play here?

I think this is an easy 3bet or shove. The idiot will call with inferior hands and the other guy will probably fold a lot of his hands to your push. Even if you get called you got straight flush, only hand you worried about is 33. I push.

Make it 300 with the intention of snap calling a push or pushing the turn. If he magically has 37 once again you still have 15 outs and are a favorite to win against most hands. What other flop could you hope for with 45 suited (besides the steel wheel).
