Default NL400 KT vs bluff?

I'm trying to get better at figuring out what hands my opponents are representing and playing accordingly. Villian has tag stats but thats all I know about him.
Before I might have just folded to a big bet when I have a weak hand, but now I'm trying to figure out what they could have, and in this case I couldn't so figured I'd let him bluff at me. Standard?

Uber standard looks like a busted draw to me.
Any reads on villian though? Could he have a 4 here?

Looks good I think, hard to say though. I'm most worried about KJ than 4x, tbh.

If he was a thinking player and loose enough to call OOP with 54s/A4s he might have just flatted the flop trying to keep BB in the hand, or to trap you if BB shoves his stack in there with 88 or whatever.

Really the only other hand he might play this way that makes any sense is Q9hh, so I guess looking him up here is fine.
