AA & KK breaking even
I've been delt AA 53 times and KK 60 times. I'm about break even with both hands after 12.8k hands total. Is this normal? How often does it happen?

We don't usually keep detailed statistics on this, we have a life.

Re: AA & KK breaking even
post some hands, you may be playing them bad. But 12.8k hands is a small sample size

Re: AA & KK breaking even
Well, if you think about it, statistically you should see these hands 1:220. With 12.8k hands, your AA average is 1:240 and your KK is 1:210. Sample size would account for variance.

I also don't know how much of an anomoly it is though. This hand is the most profitable hand we play right? and as such shouldn't it have less variance per hand (not sure here)? Even if it has the same variance, the fact that it is normally a 500BB/100 winner for us greatly diminishes the effect of variance. Krishan |
