Default big flush meets big river raise (paired board, you know the drill...)

so tell me again what the consensus is here. comments on all streets appreciated. do you lead turn and river?

villian is like 23/17/2, probably 2p2er. i just got most of his stack on another table before he shut down (AAx, he calls flop c-bet in reraised pot, i c/r all in on turn he folds. dunno if he was bluffing or folded a pair). i've 3bet him on flops in past where i felt he was raising light and he's folded. overall, he probably has me at something like 18/12/2.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $159.00
BB: $585.50
Hero (UTG): $467.00
CO: $449.00
BTN: $841.60

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 Players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $14.00</font>, CO calls $14.00, 3 folds

Flop: ($34) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $28.00</font>, CO calls $28.00

Turn: ($90) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $64.00</font>, CO calls $64.00

River: ($218) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $124.00</font>, <font color="red">CO raises all-in to $343.00</font>

standard is a fold here? he can't show up with anything i beat but a bluff right? but a bluff seems pretty possible since it's not so likely i have the flush...

standard to call. your river bet looks weak and he likely would have raised a set by the turn

Easy call, he's trying to push you off an overpair.
