I CB the first one to 40$.

The second one is more difficult. I think I check/call one time. That's a pretty good flop for his range.

ok, say we c-bet 40 in hand one and he calls. turn plan?? i feel like the villain in hand one is the type to call w/hands like KQ or KJ here, maybe even QT/JT. he'll call w/a flush draw for sure.

His HR is wide, not sure he liked a lot this flop. If he raises, easy fold, if he calls, probably check/fold, unless we hit a K/T or spade, to semi bluff allin on the turn...

I'm interested in seeing more responses to this because I find myself in these spots all the time against people who appear to call 3-bets light and/or call c-bets light in reraised pots.

In hand 1 I also lead for $36-40 and fold to a raise, c/f any turn that doesn't give us a straight or a flush draw.

Hand 2 I am also leading 2/3 psb or so, but I like this even less. Seems like we're going to get called/raised a LOT on this flop unless villain holds 22-99. Is just giving up on this flop too weak without a specific read?

ughhhh these are actually pretty difficult. I cbet the first one.....and c/f the turn if called. As for the second one, I really don't know what you're gonna be ahead of here besides JJ in which villain has outs and could make a play. So i actually somehow find a c/f on hand 2.
