Does Bernie Williams End up in the Hall?

Well, thoughts discussion. He was a Yankee who played for a while and batted over .250, thats enough right? any arguments against this?

I was also thinking, since his baseball instincts were absolutely horrific, alot of pitchers didn't pay attention to him when he was on the bases, which allowed him swipe a few bags a yr with very little catches. Fast guys like Jose Reyes who do get payed attention steal a ton but also get caught 15% of the time. I think the choice of who you want on 1st base is clear.

He's a better candidate than most of the borderline guys - Rice, Dawson, Murphy, etc. He's also better than Kirby Puckett.
