Monthly Gross Revenue. It is the figure your rakeback is based on.

Here's my question. If I don't deposit, cause charge backs, etc, does that mean my MGR won't be lowered? Or do all these fees get spread out over all the US accounts? Maybe a dumb question...

One can only assume you will only have your own fees deducted.

Not kidding. Every $200 bonus cost me $50 against my rakeback, whereas before it cost me $15. ie. 200*.25 instead of 200*.25*.30

I'm not sure what's going on here... I'm a euro player with a signup bonus, rakeback and the points for cash promo going... Will there be any changes to the way my rake / sign up bonus will be payed?

What affiliate are you using? Rakeaid posted in another thread that it is deducted from MGR, but my affiliate says it will be deducted from rakeback.

looking at the email, it seems all those deductions only affect u.s. players...
