B/c it is a no-brainer. [/ QUOTE ] Let me guess. You think Indy is greater than 50% to win? |

seems to me, indy HAS to win this game to win another super bowl: their schedule is too tough and NE's too easy to give up this game and expect someone else to scandal NE. [/ QUOTE ] Are you smoking crack? NE has Phil, @ Balt, Pitt, and @ NYG remaining. Nevermind how Indi looked very mediocre last season during the regular season and then just romped in the post-season. And you think that Indi losing this game clinches the SB for the Pats??? Of course it's meaningful. But dude, temper the hyperbole a bit... - C - |

meaningless?!!! dude, we're talking homefield advantage throughout the playoffs. have you looked at indy's remaining games, and compared them to NE's? seems to me, indy HAS to win this game to win another super bowl: their schedule is too tough and NE's too easy to give up this game and expect someone else to scandal NE. ain't gonna happen this side of armageddon. -tlt [/ QUOTE ] This is the NFL. It is highly unlikely that these teams are going to go 15-1 and 16-0. Maybe. And Maybe risking Harrison's health would be the reason Indy doesn't make it back. This is far from a "must win" for either team. |

A radio station in Boston reported that Harrison is OUT, but I haven't seen anything else that confirms this yet.

the great thing about opinions is, you don't have to be right, you just have to be obstinate.
democracies fall for that reason. |

Re: Predict the Opening Line: Pats in Indy
you know, all you need to do is examine my various observations and analyses of games, collate the outcomes, and decide if i know what i'm talking about or not.
when it comes to football, i'm the best on this site; it's funny, i have been recognized among my peers as one of the most astute football and horseracing handicappers in the world. and since i've been here, i have, for every addition i have made, received ridicule, flames, curses and revilement. i have not received one response that recognizes the quality or caliber of my contributions. and hey, you know what? i don't need you. and, since you don't WANT me, we have come to parting of the ways. faretheewell, gentlemen, and good luck: from what i can tell, you stand in need of it. -tlt |
