Default 200PS: AKK2ss - street by street

I've seen OR(UTG) around before, but no stats or reads. I don't think hes good(meaning his an average PS player). Minireraiser(MP) is also new to me, nothing special, but he seems a little donkish. Underbets pot, minireraise etc.. CO is unknown, probably bad as well.

I intended to post the most interesting street(imo), but why not post this street by street.

Preflop:
PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha High, $2 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB ($201.45)
UTG ($411.65)
MP ($353.25)
CO ($108.15)
Hero ($196)
SB ($126.40)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $4</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $6</font>, CO calls $6, <font color="purple"> Hero ????? </font>

Raisy Daisy. I love potting it here. It is usually checked back to you on the flop allowing pot control if necessary and the chance to catch free cards that you should be priced out of. I cannot see any reason why you shouldn't...

Given 3 people pretty interested in the pot, can we assume our Ace isn't doing much for us by itself? So we're calling for set value, flush, and a longshot A-T straight?

Just a thought....Is it always wise to assume unknowns are bad? I play at stakes where everyone including myself aren't fantastic players, but I tend to try to look at unknowns as just that, unknown.

As for the hand, I would just call here. You have 1 good draw and a chance to hit top set, and if you get repopped by AA you would likely be a huge dog.

Well, I don't always, but there are some factors that I judge by. Usually I am right.

Against 3 players that raised re-raised and called pre-flop it does seem very risky to bet. You will likely get re-potted. Against 1 or 2 players you could make a stab at it. But if you look at your situation right now if you pot and get re-potted there will be $162 in the pot and $81 to call. (Or something similar).

If you call you will have ~$80 left. If the turn comes down a non heart. You will then face a $80 call in a ~$330 pot. Then giving you just the right odds to call. But to get there you would have to make a mistake on the flop.

It's a nice flop sure. But check behind here. If the heart hits you may make some money out of a smaller flush. And maybe get top set to call against odds on the turn. What you want to do if you can is stack someone when you hit but it's not going to happen here unless you make a mistake somewhere along the way.

Problem is with stacks this deep your opening the betting in a $27 pot. If everything goes your way and all the money ends up in the pot, you will pay $190 to have a 2 to 1-ish chance of winning $217. Better to win a small pot than to lose a big one. But I'm just a fish so who am I to judge?
