Default hand in ftp 1k

the villian in this hand RR with JJ earlier got 4 bet getting over 2 to 1 almost folded his jacks timed down to 1 second he still woulda had workale stack if he called and lost. so in the hand in question blinds are 250/500 +ante folds to him on the button he has 20k stack i shove a4o in the sb with 10,800. the JJ hand was the only reason i shoved is this enough to shove a4 here? 20k was around avg stack for the hand i have a tight image.

BB stack and a read on him would be helpful. this player seems like the type to limp with A9-Ak hands just because they don't want to raise and get played back at. But I think shoving 20b w/ A4 here is kindda spewy.

Question for the OP:

what do YOU think that his calling range would be in the BB against a SB shove?

take into account any read that he might have had on you.

also, how big was the ante?

BB stack was like 15k and hes a tight passive player like 10/5 on pokertracker.its hard for me to get a range on him with so little info i just know hes folding alot there.he wasnt nitty though he opened semi frequently.

I misread the hand.

What do you think the button's opening range is? of those hands which ones do you think he will fold to a shove?

the villian in this hand reraised with JJ earlier got 4 bet getting over 2 to 1 almost folded his jacks timed down to 1 second he still woulda had workable stack if he called and lost. so in the hand in question blinds are 250/500 +ante folds to him on the button he has 20k stack raises to 1,250 i shove a4o in the sb with 10,800. the JJ hand was the only reason i shoved is this enough to shove a4 here? 20k was around average stack for the hand i have a tight image.
