Default On what flop do you fold AA?

So my question is a little general tonight, but here's the scenario:

You're dealt AA on the button. You raise, and the BB comes along. The flop comes xxx. He checks, you bet, he raises, you fold.

Why, and on what flop?

KQJ all spades when we have red aces would be there...

multi-way pot flop of like 567 all of one suit or such with massive heat from nits when i have AA with none of the suit. and about a billion others.
