Is Party ever gonna fix this client reopen thing?

Jesus, this has been going on for like a month now and they haven't done anything about it (surprise surprise i guess).

There are few bugs in the software that everyone keeps talking about but party never does anything to fix them.

Better just deal with it. Wouldn't count getting it fixed in the near future.

if at least they would fix the goddamn notes... i dont know how many notes ive put on people before noticing they were just erasing themselves every time the software reopened..

I wish they would fix the bug where it starts to chug horribly after an hour of 12-tabling SNGs. Every month I dread what new [censored] Party is going to add...

Each session I have to tedious task of:

A) Clear my Internet cache (no idea why this helps, but it does).
B) Restart my PC (again no idea why this helps, but after 2 sessions without it then my 3rd will start to chug right from the start).
C) Hide the lobby using an AHK script (showing the lobby definitely causes chugs, and even causes the client to randomly crash sometimes).
D) Switch to 16bit colour (If I try to use 32bit colour get at most 30 mins of play before it chugs horribly and after ~1 hour of 32bit colour the client will just crash).

After doing all that crap, I get 3 hours of 11-tabling chug-free after which time it starts to become unplayable unless I start 9/10-tabling... At the start of the year (before the recent "improvements") I could contuously 12-table for 5+ hours and got no problems whatsoever [img]/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img]

As for the crash on close bug then I just can't understand why their coders haven't fixed that? I don't think they actually beta test their monthly "improvements"...

juk have you went to desktop properties > appearance > effects and turned off font smoothing? That helps me a lot for some reason. Also, you don't need to restart your computer, just ctrl alt del and end the partygaming.exe process and then reopen it again. Your tables should reopen if you just sat out on them and the lag goes away (for an hour).

Yep, I forgot to mention I also have font smoothing turned off.

This appears to have been fixed in today's update. Yay Party GG!!!! Only took you 2 months.
