Default Roland Garros: Canas- Monaco

This is my first time posting here in sports betting. I've been lurking here for a while and benefitting from all your picks, so I saw something today and decided I'd share it with you all.

I think theres huge value in canas -280 . I think bodog generally does a poor job of handicapping tennis and this is a prime example. Canas returned this year from a doping suspension. This year hes beaten Federer twice already on the hard-court his second best surface. He is a natural clay player, he moves well, and his heavy topspin is tailor made for this surface. Although Canas had poor showings in the clay court tune-up tournaments, he has been playing his best tennis in France. Admittedly Monaco is a clay-court specialist, but he only has one win over a top thirty player this year, and his breezed into the 4th round with a easy draw. I think the true line on this is at least

That would make Pinny's -203 look even worse? Have a hard time believing that for some reason.

I beg to differ, i think Monaco is great value for this battle at +162. He has had some great lead up form winning at Portschach. And i feel its his time to step up over his fellow and older countrymen...

Monaco +162 (3)units, for me..

Anyways, good luck damatz...

Unless you using betfair. The lines in tennis are going to be bad that just one of the downsides to betting tennis.

Just for the record. Canas absolutely killed Monaco, 6-0 6-4 6-2. Despite canas serving a lowly 46%, he absolutely dominated the match on the ground. Canas committed only thirteen unforced errors in the onslaught. Monaco did not have the firepower to really hurt the more athletic Canas. As played, Canas wins that match nine out of ten times.

Nice one, Thought he was really going to put up a good fight going on his form, you where correct about the soft earlier rounds which really showed..

Ive had a decent French open to date, but the value and the dogs are nearly all gone for mine, but im going out with a bang tomorrow ...

Hewitt vs Nadal

Hewitt +700 (1)unit

P.S , as mentioned above im sure you could find a much better line, if you dare!!

I'm not gonna lie, I absolutely hate Hewitt at +700. I know he took Nadal to three sets in Hamburg, but Hamburg is the same tournament where he lost to Federer in the finals. I think his poor showing their was a result of exhaustion from finishing a brutal tournament the week before in Rome. Nadal will not be fatigued in Paris, he will come out charged up and ready to play. This is the same Nadal who has never lost a match at Roland Garros, the washed up Hewitt will not hand him his first loss tomorrow. I'm not betting Nadal here either, but I would set a true line at about -1300.
