Acer monitor trouble

I have a 24" Acer AL2416 LCD monitor as my primary monitor (I have two hooked up). I've had the Acer for about a year and a half. It gets used an average of 12 - 15 hours every day. It was working last night at 3am. This morning, it seems to be dead.

Anyone know the expected life of these things? I suppose the warranty is gone after a year?

My 19" Dell LCD is older and gets the same amount of use as the Acer. It is still working fine.

Anyone else had trouble with Acer monitors?
