Default 1/2 Stud 8: Raiser with your pair card

An interesting hand I saw online, hard for me to figure out how to play this. Players are a little loose but not terrible.
HORSE - 7 Card Stud High-Low ($1/$2), Ante $0.10, Bring-In $0.50 (converter)

3rd Street - (0.50 SB)

Seat 2: xx xx 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]___brings-in
Seat 4: xx xx 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]___folds
Seat 5: xx xx 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]___calls
Seat 6: xx xx Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]___raises
Seat 7: xx xx 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]___folds
Hero: Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]___?

This would be a reraise in stud, but in stud 8 I'm not sure. Would I just call and reraise on 4th if the low caught bad? Should I fold if the low appears on 5th or even if the low draw pops up on 4th? It seems like it's easy to lose more than you can win here...
Would it be different if I had the same situation with kings, since it would be more likely that I have a buried pair beat?

I'll post results later maybe.

This is an insta-fold and it's not even close. You're in such a bad spot you'd be better off setting fire to your cards.

In stud/8, a Q raising 3rd either has a pair of Queens, KK or AA, or brain damage. Do you really want to continue when you know at least one Q is dead (maybe both), possibly against Aces and someone on a low draw? If Seat 3 catches another baby on 4th, they're likely to make the later streets expensive for you and you'll (likely) be playing for half the pot of top of it.
