Default possible for winning player to become permanently losing?

background...played 300k hands of poker winner at all levels up to 5/10. i have 120k of winning hands at 5/10nl winning at 1.8bb/100
11 consecutive months of winning approx made 80k,
the last two months i have been losing/breaking even over 100k sample. i have made about 2k in this timeframe.
i have lost complete confidence in my game and every time i start a session i just feel like i cannot win and i am bound to lose.
is this merely variance? was i just running good? have i developed leaks?
i just dont know what to do, it doesnt seem like it will turn around no matter what i do, i have thought about quitting as playing severely messes with my mood.
thoughts?

Yes, permatilt happens, failing to adjust happens, game deterioration because you have no confidence anymore happens.

Turning things around also happens. Really long break even stretches happen.

Lots of things happen is the main bulletin point here.

Highly doubt you ran hot for that long. I imagine you've ran quite badly and started playing poorly as well. Take a break for a few days, cut down on the number of tables you're playing until you get your confidence back and only play when you're in a good frame of mind.

Sounds like you're a fairly decent player, maybe drop down a limit and regroup for a while? Maybe tighten up some of the more neglected aspects of your game like game selection, playing shorter sessions, etc.

Besides the confidence thing, it could be that you've gotten into a zombie pattern and are a little bit burned out. I did that for a while, I'd be playing tired and almost as a matter of routine to get hands in.

I'd recommend maybe hit the gym and getting a little more exercise, and take a solid week off from poker. I have to do this a lot and I don't play nearly as many hands as most players do.

use poker software, find your leaks, see if it's really luck or not, etc

This happened to me. Winning player -> permatilt/no confidence -> return to winning player

1.8ptbb/100 isnt exactly crushing a game. you gotta expect some long break even stretches and nasty downers.
