KK vs. 2 opponents

River: ($0) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in) Final Pot: $94.10 I feel I may have made a mistake by checking the turn because it gave both opponents a chance to bet hands that I'm actually ahead of. However, I really didn't like that 10 on the turn for straight and two pair reasons. That is, if I'm not already behind on the flop. What do y'all think? By the way, I already know I'm a nit, so just suggestions of how to play this hand better would help. |

Re: KK vs. 2 opponents
if villains are aggro, then easy c/c, esp since you have half a stack
if not, then just push the turn. they would have had to been drawing to an inside straight draw in order for that turn to have hit them (unless they have JT, 9T) oh- and bet more on flop |

Re: KK vs. 2 opponents
Bet more on the flop so it goes in easier on the turn. just shove it in once you get to the turn this way since theres so many pair/draw combos they arent folding.

Re: KK vs. 2 opponents
1) play with a full stack
2) bet more on flop...very drawy on flop vs. 2 3) bigger flop bet will make turn decision easy |

I almost always bet 2/3 to 3/4 of the pot as opposed to the whole pot. I see how betting the pot would be a good idea in this situation. Thanks for the tips guys. I'll bet more next time. |
