A purple shirt and a neon orange tie.

This would look very sharp

white shirt, blue tie.
OR
black shirt, grey tie. <-This makes you look like you're in the mob and the interviewer will be terrified enough to give you the job

I'm no fashion guru, but hard to go wrong here. White, blue, or pinstripe is what I would wear. With the white shirt you can wear any sort of tie, with the blue I usually like a tie with some red in it, and with the pinstripe either a solid color or a geometric pattern.

Sean Connery already rocked that suit. I believe he wore a white shirt with black tie. Can't go wrong with the classics.

Can't go wrong with a solid white shirt and just about any decent tie, I would think.

I've got a gray suit, also wear a light gray shirt with a black and gold pattern tie that I like....I've also gone with a blue shirt and a red/blue pattern tie. GL on the interview.

Id roll out with a black/grey/dark blue/light blue 4way sideways striped tie with that suit.

Where you applying at?

The gray suit will go with almost anything. The tie should be selected based on what color shirt you'll be wearing. Any shirt that's not a really bright color will work.
